He is ok, I don't play many casters but if I had to I would choose kennen.

Haven't tried him but he's pretty cool. My friend loves him and he bought RP just for him and 2 skins. I like Nunu and Annie more as a caster and TF before he got nerfed...now I play range DPS TF instead of AP
